By and large, it was nice comfy base for sightseeing in Strasbourg, had much fun. The staff was very welcoming in all services.

I was pleasantly surprised by the design of the hotel with its quirky carpeted stairs. Although there is no elevator, the friendly staff helped me with my luggage. The room was chic and comfortable, and despite the small bathroom, it was well-appointed. I enjoyed the walk into town, especially sitting outside the cathedral. I would recommend Boutique Hotel Des XV for its interesting features and helpful staff.

I ate at a good restaurant for dinner. Slippers and dressing gowns were available there. The setting was quite good within easy reach of a flower-filled park.

This hotel truly exceeded our expectations in so many ways. the attention to detail was impeccable. From the highest quality bedding to the rain shower with warm instant water, they've really thought of everything. Secondly, the location of this hotel is perfect. Situated near a large park, it's away from the center of town but still close enough to reach the city center within a beautiful half-hour walk. Lastly, the staff at this hotel were outstanding. They were extremely helpful, going above and beyond to assist us with any needs we had. From providing us with lattes from the neighboring bakery to filling our water bottles with ice daily, their service was top-notch.

Staff was really helpful and professional. the location was perfect and even though there was no lift, we were able to park our car on the road outside. the installation was beautiful and the complementary breakfast felt like home. Plus, the hotel had a park nearby where we enjoyed a nice walk.

Nonetheless, these were minor details that didn´t detract from the otherwise comfortable and cozy atmosphere of the hotel.
